🍽 Ingredients (for 2 wraps):
- 2 large corn or whole grain tortillas
- 4 tbsp hummus or baba ganoush
- 4 tbsp cooked chickpeas or lentils
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced lengthwise
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp black olives (sliced)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 handful of fresh arugula or spinach
- Optional: lemon juice, oregano, chili flakes
🌀 Instructions:
- Lightly warm the tortillas to make them soft.
- Spread hummus evenly.
- Layer all other ingredients on top.
- Roll tightly into a wrap, burrito-style or cut in half.
